Our classes are multi level incorporating all ranges of fitness but ultimately designed to burn fat and improve core stability and overall strength. A combination of swimming, aerobic and toning exercises are performed in the water to give a fantastic whole body work out!

One to one classes are an ideal way to learn as you will be able to work at your own pace and gain confidence by building a good relationship with your instructor.
Improvement of swimming skills and confidence
If you haven’t been in a pool for years and need a little help to build some confidence and improve key skills then one to one lessons are a perfect start.
Swimming is the best form of exercise as it burns fat, develops aerobic and endurance capacity and has little or no impact on your joints; ideal for people who may have suffered from an injury.
Whether you are starting a new fitness program or you have a high level of fitness and would like to use swimming as a cross-training exercise, our instructors will work with you to create a personalised swim plan ensuring that you achieve your goals.
Improving swimming technique/Cross Training-Triathlon Training
Little things make a big difference – if you are a confident swimmer but are not making progress with your swim training, one to one lessons are a great way to improve technique.
However fit you are, unless your technique is good you will never improve. Our instructors all have backgrounds and experience in competitive swimming and triathlons and will not only give specialist technique advice but prepare swim plans and set goals for your training schedules.
