At Aqualife it’s not just about creating swimmers; it’s about creating individuals who love, respect and enjoy the water.  Our children’s classes teach the essential skills required for STA certification but also incorporate marine based themes, helping children to engage in the lessons and learn about diverse topics such as animals and habitats, safety and conservation.

For older children our Aqua Squad classes provide the opportunity to learn valuable life-guarding and water safety skills, ideal for the exploration of water sports or for career development.  All lessons for adults are tailored to the needs of every individual – whether it be swimming for fitness, pre/post-natal or competitive training. Family workshops and Parent and Baby classes are also available, showing parents and children how to enjoy the water together.

We offer classes in the West Kent area for every stage of your ‘aqua life’, whatever your age, level of fitness or reason for taking to the water.
